Management Analyst

• Analyze customer product and operational data to identify performance gaps and growth opportunities.

• Conduct interviews, observe workflows, and analyze data to understand current operations and identify improvement areas.

• Interpret operational information, identify weaknesses, and develop practical solutions or alternative approaches.

• Design and implement new systems and procedures; conduct work simplification studies; prepare detailed operation manuals.

• Develop training materials and standard procedures to ensure successful adoption of new systems and process changes.

• Review supply chains, optimize production processes, and improve inventory control mechanisms.

• Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic decision-making and ensure organizational objectives are met.

• Collaborate with engineers and operational teams to implement procedures and resolve system or process issues.

• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of machines and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Plan and conduct studies on organizational structure, communication flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, and cost analysis.

• Recommend procurement of storage equipment and design efficient layout plans to maximize space utilization.

• Train teams on MES and ERP systems, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate, up-to-date data as per customer requirements.
